The 1st time I used Live Chat, I used to be at situation #two from the queue and it took 18 minutes till a Reside agent responded. The 2nd time, I was at placement #2 again, but this time it only took 8 minutes wait time. This is kind of great in comparison to other exchanges that only reply by means of e-mail, without any Reside Chat selection. T
